they till you that the page is not claimed to any buisness account ! but what they do is creating a facebook business account with this name for example ” No Page Owner ” and claim this page with No page owner account !!
for normal person who want to buy a page and go to this page and find no page owner it can be bit confused ! for the experts you can see the view button and the id of that account !
so they tell you they want to sell the page and all done you give them the money and you by your self you will remove him from the admin role and you are now the admin
but you dont know that the no page owner actully a page owner 
and after they have the money the will remove your from the admin role using the power of facebook business manger and claimed page !
what you need to do is to report the owner for facebook and report the account ! and close this deal before you will lose your money

i got the way for you let say you want to use password : apple for your facebook account or any account on internet
its so risky even some websites will not allow you to do it
the idea here to encrypt your password using any kind of encryption like MD5
what we need to do is turn apple into md5
we use a md5 encryption website
we go to this website for example here
then type apple and click encrypt
what you have now is 1f3870be274f6c49b3e31a0c6728957f
which is md5 version of apple
use 1f3870be274f6c49b3e31a0c6728957f
as your password and any time you want to use your password you can encrypt apple again and again
About Md5 :
Md5 (Message Digest 5) is a cryptographic function that allows you to make a 128-bits (32 caracters) “hash” from any string taken as input, no matter the length (up to 2^64 bits). This function is irreversible, you can’t obtain the plaintext only from the hash. The only way to decrypt your hash is to compare it with a database using our online decrypter. Here we have a 10.000.000.000+ md5 hash database to help you with decryption. One should know that md5, although it’s very used and common, shouldn’t be use to encrypt critical data, since it’s not secure anymore (collisions were found, and decrypt is becoming more and more easy).
